Who are the people behind it?

Anja Dieterle
Board Member | CEO

Anja Dieterle has been a board member of SHE International AG and SHE Informationstechnologie AG since 1 July 2025. A qualified economist, she has over 20 years’ management experience in the healthcare, automotive and IT sectors. She has been a member of SHE’s supervisory board since 2023.

Oliver Heidenreich
CFO

Oliver Heidenreich has been in charge of SHE’s finance and administration departments since 2016. With over 20 years’ management experience in the banking and IT sectors, this business graduate is committed to transparency, financial stability and sustainable corporate development.

Bernd Henn
Director Sales & Marketing

Bernd Henn’s work focuses on the further development of business models and the exploration of new market opportunities. Through his entrepreneurial mindset, understanding of the market and focus on delivering value to customers, he plays an active role in shaping the company’s sustainable development.

Andreas Fendl
Director Digital Solutions

Andreas Fendl brings over 25 years’ experience in the IT sector and more than 18 years’ leadership experience to the role. He combines technological expertise with a clear vision for sustainable growth and future-proof solutions. Drawing on his technological know-how, he drives innovation and strengthens SHE’s future viability.

Nils Vollmar
Director Security & Platform

Nils Vollmar is responsible for the strategic development of the Cyber Resilience and Managed Services division. Drawing on his many years’ experience in IT operations and infrastructure, he ensures that platforms are high-performing, secure and future-proof. In doing so, he combines technological expertise with a clear understanding of customer requirements.
