We promise less and deliver more: Our SHE Service Desk Team is ready for you at any time. Use us as your single point of contact. We also offer services in other languages on request.

Modular support concept

Our modular support concept allows you to combine services and ensure continuous support for your systems. We will be happy to advise you on this.

Support contract customers receive special contact details where our support team can be reached according to the agreed times (SLA - Service Level Agreement) and ensures fast processing. Choose between different service and response times according to your needs. Cover 1st, 2nd & 3rd level support with us: depending on the problem requirement, your request will be forwarded directly to the appropriate contact person.

We are happy to help in person, by phone, or also in connection with desktop sharing through TeamViewer.
